Fair question. The honest answer: we earn every job and we have to. New roofers compete on responsiveness, transparency, and craft — older ones lean on reputation. Our license is active, our bond is real ($25k), our crew is in-house, and our pricing is written. The work speaks for itself.
How long does a typical re-roof take?
Most residential re-roofs are 2 to 5 days from tear-off to clean-up depending on the size and the material. Tile takes longer than composition. We give you a specific timeline in writing before we start.
Do you use your own crew, or subcontract?
In-house crew on every job. We don't subcontract. That's how we control quality, schedule, and warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Active California CSLB license (#1149515), $25,000 contractor's bond with American Contractors Indemnity, and full workers' compensation insurance through State Comp. We'll email copies before any work starts.
What's your warranty?
10-year written workmanship warranty on every install. That stacks on top of the manufacturer's material warranty — typically 25 to 50 years depending on the product you choose.
